From vision care savings to full-benefit plans

ECPA offers these two basic plans:

ECPA Access
ECPA Access is a direct access vision care savings program. Members are provided a membership card and a list of the 10 closest providers. Members also may locate nearby providers by using the toll-free Provider Locator line. Members receive savings of up to 40% and more whenever they present their card, regardless of the amount or frequency of purchases.

ECPA Select
ECPA Select includes full-benefit insured and self-funded vision care. Benefits for most plans include a comprehensive vision exam and frames and lenses or contact lenses in lieu of frames and lenses. Members call ECPA’s toll-free provider locator line to find a nearby ECPA provider, and they are also able to call this same line at any time to check on their benefits. Members pay only a co-payment, if applicable, plus amounts not covered for over scheduled allowances.  When members exceed allowances, they pay only the difference at a much lower ECPA preferred price. After these benefits are exhausted, members still have access to ECPA preferred pricing for direct purchases any time they present their card to any ECPA Provider.
